What do you need to start therapy?
You need to be fully sure about taking this step in your life and willing to help yourself by committing to the process for at least one month.
You will need: time, commitment, and openness.
To begin, you will need a mobile device (phone, tablet, or computer) and an internet connection.
For sessions, it is helpful to have tissues, water, and a notebook and pen nearby.
Sessions are conducted through private video calls on Google Meet.
Payment for each session must be made at least 8 hours in advance to secure your time slot. Fee packages are listed at the end.
How long does each session last?
Each session lasts 50 minutes, with a maximum extension of up to one hour.
I recommend scheduling at least one session per week. You may book more if you feel the need.
What is your therapeutic approach?
I am a clinical psychologist with an integrative approach.
What does that mean?
It means I don’t believe in a single formula for everyone. Each process is unique, so I combine different tools to support you in a real, human, and scientifically grounded way.
I work with approaches such as:
🧠 Clinical psychotherapy, to deeply address symptoms like anxiety, depression, personal or relationship conflicts, and help you understand what you’re going through from a professional and ethical perspective.
🔍 Trauma-focused therapy, to help you release what your past continues to activate today.
🤝 Attachment theory, because your early bonds still shape the way you relate now.
📚 Emotional and somatic psychoeducation, to understand what’s happening to you, how your nervous system works, and why you react the way you do.
🧠 Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to examine what you think, do, or repeat—and transform it when it no longer serves you.
🌀 Narrative and existential therapy, for moments when you need to rethink your story or navigate a crisis with more meaning.
🌐 Systemic therapy, because what you experience doesn’t happen in isolation—your relationships, family, and environment also influence your distress… and your healing.
My goal is not only for you to talk, but for you to feel, understand, and transform—mind, body, and emotion—without rushing the process.
How long does psychological treatment last?
Depending on the nature of the issue, a solid therapeutic process, conducted consistently, may take from 3 months to 2 years.
Longer processes apply to more complex conditions, such as certain personality disorders.
Shorter processes apply to emotional wounds linked to psychological trauma experienced at some stage of life, such as grief, infidelity, separation, depression, anxiety, or major life changes that create emotional distress.
Duration also depends on the person, their family history, current situation, and their openness or resistance to change.
In my professional experience, I have seen that it usually takes 3 to 6 months for a sense of peace and understanding to appear, allowing the person to conclude therapy and continue living with renewed clarity using the tools they learned.
These time frames are general estimates; duration varies significantly from person to person, even with similar concerns.
What guarantees do I have regarding privacy and confidentiality?
All information you share is protected under confidentiality, except in specific situations where withholding it would result in obvious harm to yourself or others, or in the case of a legal order.
What are your working hours?
My hours of availability are Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Central Time, Mexico).
